OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was notified that Meta Holdings AG, Austria, which is connected with Mr. N. A. Tsvetkov, a Director of the Company, disposed of ADRs for LUKOIL shares, an equivalent of 117,200 LUKOIL shares. The amount of the transaction was USD 4,935,671.78. The transaction was conducted in Geneva, Switzerland, on 6 July 2009.
