Result of Meeting
The Management Committee of OAO LUKOIL (the Company) held a meeting in Moscow today to approve the procedure of acquisition of a 82.3% interest in OAO UGK TGK-8, which represents 1,696,675,068,701 shares worth RUR 67.5 billion.
The acquisition will be paid for with 23,550,000 registered ordinary shares of OAO LUKOIL and with cash.
The acquisition is expected to be completed before June 01, 2008.
