OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. D. K. Cheloyants, Vice President and a member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 65,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 26 September 2008 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 96,523,655 Russian rubles.
