Talks with UHDE GmbH
TALKS BETWEEN ZAO LUKOIL-NEFTEKHIM AND UHDE GMBH
Talks between ZAO LUKOIL-Neftekhim and Germany based UHDE GmbH were held in Moscow to discuss further cooperation.
The parties agreed to sign in October, 2005, a contract for upgrade of the chlorine and caustic soda production facility at OOO Karpatneftekhim. The expected production capacity is 200 thousand tons of caustic soda per year. The investments into the project will total 113 million USD.
