LUKOIL reserves the right to undertake any lawful measures to protect its interests and recommends to use caution when communicating with unknown parties and double-check the information against LUKOIL official web sites (www.lukoil.ru and www.lukoil.com).

Neither LUKOIL, nor any of LUKOIL Group's companies can be held liable for any undesirable effect, caused by the use of information from any unreliable source.​

19/10/2021 - LUKOIL FILLING STATIONS START PROVIDING FEE- AND ATM-FREE CASH WITHDRAWAL SERVICE

All LUKOIL filling stations that feature a convenience store now provide a Cash with Your Purchase service, which allows clients to withdraw cash right at the checkout without use of an ATM or any fees charged. ​To withdraw cash, a client needs simply to tell the station operator the necessary sum before checking out their purchases.

The LUKOIL press service warns customers of LUKOIL filling stations and loyalty card holders of fraudulent activities. The customers receive emails or SMS containing an offer to take advantage from a substantial discount on fuel. Such false information is also distributed by certain websites.

​False commercial offers and invoices to purchase crude were distributed on behalf of members of LUKOIL’s Board of ​Directors and Corporate Secretary.
