The event, attended by top officials of European and Asian governments, the CEOs of major international companies, members of the European Parliament and representatives of the European Commission, resulted in a declaration, adopted on behalf of the business communities of 51 member-states. The document, passed to the heads of state and government, includes principal recommendations on a sustainable development of trade and economic relations between Europe and Asia.

"As demonstrated by LUKOIL's experience, transnational cooperation in energy helps put on bridges between countries and continents. The company operates in over thirty countries worldwide and is present in all segments of the fuel & energy sectors in Europe and Asia. A lot of projects are implemented by LUKOIL in alliance with our partners from Norway, France, Great Britain, Italy, Romania, Turkey, China, Korea and Azerbaijan.
