LUKOIL AND NENETS AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT IDENTIFY AREAS OF COOPERATION FOR 2018

​President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Alexander Tsybulsky, interim Governor of the Nenets Autonomous District signed the Protocol to the Cooperation Agreement for 2018 between the company and the region in Moscow, today.

According to the document, LUKOIL will invest in projects of public interest, including redevelopment of Naryan-Mar's historic area - the Smidovich Street, installation of play and sports grounds, it will also provide financial support to cultural, sporting and youth events. As the Protocol establishes, the company will contribute to upgrading of state-financed institutions, provide employment to local residents and support to the indigenous peoples of the North.

17/07/2017 - LUKOIL AND NENETS AUTONOMOUS OKRUG CONTINUE COOPERATION

A protocol to the Cooperation Agreement between LUKOIL and the Government of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug was signed in Moscow today. The document, covering the remainder of this year, envisages further interaction in such areas as geological surveys of the subsoil, production of oil and gas, supplies of petroleum products and development of the region’s production and social infrastructures.
