OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. S. N. Malyukov, Vice-President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, disposed 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 June 2014 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 6,072,005.80 Russian rubles.
