Re EUR 1 bln loan
LUKOIL OBTAINS A LOAN OF EUR ONE BILLION
OAO LUKOIL raised a EUR 1 billion unsecured loan facility (the ‘Facility’) on February 09, 2009. The Facility has a fixed interest rate of 8% p.a.
The Facility has been extended by Gazprombank (Open Joint-stock Company) for 3 years.
The proceeds under the Facility will be used for general corporate purposes, including the granting of loans to the borrower’s subsidiaries and affiliates and also for the repayment of other banks’ loans.
