OAO LUKOIL BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ CHAIRMAN ELECTION
Valery Graifer, OAO RITEK Director General, was re-elected Chairman of the newly elected Board of Directors at the Board of Directors Meeting held after the AGSM of OAO LUKOIL in Moscow today.
