OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. R. U. Maganov, First Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors and the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 4,764 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 February 2015 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 14,381,365.33 Russian rubles.
